i had a great time at citizenm! the location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from the metro. my king room was small but super clean and quiet. the shower had fantastic pressure. i loved the option of day and night curtains. free filtered water and snacks on the 7th floor were a nice touch, too.

Amazing staff, amazing coffee, and the view from the room and balcony were great, adding to the pleasant experience during our 3-night stay in a King Room.
The only issue we had was the cleaning where we only requested cleaning for 1 of the days we were there and the bed sheets were not changed and the cups were not changed either.
